INSTALLATION
Model 1110 easy install. After configuring switches, simply connect fiber cables then connect RS-232 interface. Figure below shows location fiber connections Model 1110's rear panel.

FIBER CONNECTIONS Model 1110 short range modems designed work pairs. will need each dual fiber cable. This cable connects each Model 1110 using either connector. Figure below shows close each these connector types.

OPERATION
Once have configured each Model 1110 properly connected fiber RS-232 cables, ready operate units. This section describes status monitors power process.
STATUS MONITORS Model 1110 features status LEDs that indicate condition carrier detect fiber optic output. Figure below shows back panel location each LED. Following Figure description each LED's function.
