FUNCTION PT2260 encodes code address data A8/D3, A9/D2, into special waveform outputs DOUT when data pins tied high. This waveform modulator transmission. transmitted radio frequency received demodulator reshaped into special waveform. PT2270 PT2272) then used decode waveform corresponding output pin(s). Thus completing remote control encoding decoding function.
OPERATION
CODE BITS
Code basic component encoded waveform, classified either (Address/Data) SYNC (Synchronous) Bit. Address/Data (AD) Waveform designated "0", "1", low, high floating state respectively. waveform consists pulse cycles. Each pulse cycle oscillating clock periods. further details, please refer diagram below:

CODE WORD
group Code Bits called Code Word. Code Word consists bits followed Sync. Bit. bits determined corresponding states A8/D3, A9/D2, pins time transmission. When Data Type PT2260 used, address bits will decrease accordingly. example: 4-Data Type where address eight bits, transmitting format Address Bits Data Bits Sync.
