Although agency-imposed conducted-emissions standards targeted system-level designs, designers often apply these standards component level ensure system-level compliance. those DC/DC converters that meet these standards, DATEL offers FLT-100V Series filters. When used with recommended external capacitors, this family filters significantly reduces both common-mode differential emissions injected back power source. These rugged filters packaged non-conductive, UL94V-0 rated, 0.5" (FLT-100V10) 1.6" 0.5" (FLT-100V20) packages. Components coated with humidity-sealing conformal coating then encapsulated with thermally conductive potting compound providing outstanding moisture/vibration resistance. Both filters rated 100Vdc differential input voltage internally bypassed with telecom/datacom preferred mylar, self-healing, 100Vdc rated capacitor. Input-to-GND Output-to-GND isolation voltages guaranteed 1500Vdc. Inductor copper losses trace losses minimized attain Input-to-Output resistance 9.5m FLT-100V10 4.8m FLT100V20 when measured +25°C. Both Filters fully characterized 20MHz both common-mode differential-mode dynamic insertion losses. FLT-100V series filters approved.
