Description
Agere Systems Inc. TRCV0112G device integrates limiting amplifier combined with clock recovery circuit that feeds data demultiplexer Gbit/s high-speed communications systems. Additional features include auxiliary clock output reference clock input that either ÷64. device will operate frequency ranges 9.95328 Gbit/s through 10.70922 Gbit/s Gbit/s through 12.5 Gbit/s. higher rate selectable.
Integrated limiting amplifier with voltage gain. Fully integrated clock recovery, 1:16 data demultiplexer. Supports OC-192/STM-64 (standard multiple rates) 10GE data rates. Allows separate frequency ranges operation: 9.95328 through 10.70922 12.0 through 12.5 Single power supply. Additional high-speed data input system loopback operation. Standard LVDS deMUX data clock outputs. CMOS compatible with LVTTL signaling. Available 177-pin package. Jitter tolerance compliant with: Telcordia Technologies GR-1377 CORE ITU-T G.825 ITU-T G.958 Fully compatible with OIF99.102.5 specification.
Functional Overview
TRCV0112G performs data detection, clock recovery, 1:16 demultiplexing operations required support Gbits/s OC-192/STM-64 applications compliant with Telcordia Technologies standards. high-speed inputs selected data source. recovers clock which used retime data. 1:16 data demultiplexer performs serial-to-parallel conversion generates parallel outputs Mbits/s. parallel output data aligned clock derived from recovered clock.

TRCV0112G will support rates 9.95328 through rate 10.70922 (FECN higher rates 12.0 through 12.5 (FECN FECN selects between ranges 9.95328 through 10.70922 12.0 through 12.5 GHz. frequency-based specifications multiplied (rate/9.95328 GHz) when operating higher frequency rates.
