OL395N/P20 family 1310-nm pulsed laser diodes which mountable, with flange coaxial package single-mode fiber. OL399N/P20 family 1300-nm pulsed laser diodes which mountable, with flange coaxial package multi-mode fiber. OL594N/P20 OL595N/P20 families 1550-nm pulsed laser diodes coaxial package with single-mode fiber. OL5204/P20 family 1550-nm pulsed laser diodes with single-mode fiber pigtail attached 14-pin DIP. OL6204N/AP10 family 1625-nm pulsed strained multi-quantum-well (MQW) laser diode 14-pin package with single-mode fiber.
