VREF (R11+R12) 400mV When chip temperature rises 175oC, then turn-on voltage would drop down 400mV. Hence, would turn output circuit will muted. when temperature fall 150oC, will turn-off again output will operate normally. When mute pin7 open voltage mute pin7 below 0.5V, mute circuit activated that output circuit will muted. When voltage mute above mute circuit stopped output circuit operates normally. chip temperature rises above 175oC, then (Thermal shutdown) circuit activated output circuit muted. Regulator VREF output voltage bandgap-referenced biasing circuit reference voltage regulator. external circuit composed transistor, KSB772 capacitor, 100µF, capacitor used ripple eliminator should have good temperature characteristics. output voltage, VOUT decided follows.
