NE5520379A N-Channel silicon power MOSFET specially designed transmission power amplifier GSM900 handsets. manufactured using NEC's NEWMOS technology (NEC's gate lateral MOSFET) housed surface mount package. This device deliver 35.5 output power 34.6 output power varying gate voltage power control function.
