GM6350 series group positive voltage output, three regulators, that provide high current even when input/ output voltage differential small. power consumption high accuracy achieved through CMOS programmable fuse technologies. Output voltage: 1.5V 6.0V. GM6350 consists high-precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, current limited output driver. Transient response load variations have improved comparison existing series. GM6350 incorporates both over-temperature over-current protection.
