150mA NOISE REGULATOR
Power Management
GM6156 efficient linear voltage regulator with ultralow noise output, very dropout voltage (typically 17mV light loads 100mV 50mA), very ground current (600µA 100mA output). GM6156 provides better than initial accuracy. Designed especially hand-held, battery-powered devices, GM6156 includes CMOS compatible enable/ shutdown control input. When shutdown, power consumption drops nearly zero. Regulator ground current increases only slightly dropout, further prolonging battery life. GM6156 features include reference bypass improve already excellent low-noise performance, reversed-battery protection, current limiting, overtemperature shutdown. GM6156 available SOT-25 package.

No-Load Stability
GM6156 will remain stable regulation with load (other than internal voltage divider) unlike many other voltage regulators. This especially important CMOS keep-alive applications.
