ULTRA-LOW DROPOUT CMOS VOLTAGE REGULATORS
Power Management
GM6150's combine high accuracy with very power consumption, providing high output current even when application requires very dropout voltage. Chip Enable (CE) input allows output turned prolong battery life. GM6150's include precision voltage reference, error correction circuitry, current-limited output driver. Fast transient response load variations provides excellent stability under dynamic load conditions. function GM6150's positive logic; also available GM6152's with negative logic. GM6150 available fixed output voltages from 1.8V 6.0V 0.1V increments, SOT-25 (150mW) SOT-89 (500mW) packages.
