Description
CD54HC243/3A CD54HCT243/3A silicon-gate CMOS three-state bidirectional non-inverting buffers intended two-way asynchronous communication between data buses. They have high drive current outputs which enable high-speed operation when driving large capacitances. These circuits posses power dissipation CMOS circuits, have speeds comparable low-power Schottky circuits. They drive LSTTL loads. states output enables (OEB, OEA) determine both direction flow three-state mode.
