Description
CD54HC237/3A high-speed silicon-gate CMOS decoders, well suited memory address decoding data routing applications. Both devices feature power consumption usually associated with CMOS circuitry, have speeds comparable power Schottky logic. Both circuits have three binary select inputs (A0, that latched active High Latch Enable (LE) signal isolate outputs from select-input changes. "Low" makes output transparent input circuit functions one-of-eight decoder. Output Enable inputs (OE1 OE0) provided simplify cascading facilitate demultiplexing. demultiplexing function accomplished using inputs select desired output using Output Enable input HIGH state.
