Description
This circuit uses matched pair N-channel MOSFET Array EPAD MOSFET) primary temperature other electrical error effect matching cancellation. gate device gate device shorted together ground, thereby forcing both devices have exactly same gate bias voltages. source current through resistor equal drain current plus drain current DN2. small values drain current both sides equal each other, i.e. IDS1= IDS2.
