High Output Impedance Current Source
Description
This current source uses reference current produces output current that substantially higher dynamic output impedance, particularly current levels less than 100uA. This current source buffers reference current produces constant current wide voltage range. This current source utilizes pairs channel matched pair MOSFETs connected cascode configuration. bottom MOSFET pair must matched pair MOSFET pair must also matched pair. However, pair bottom pair have same model. lower voltage compliance range determined VGS(TH) upper voltage compliance voltage breakdown voltage. very VGS(TH) devices such ALD110802 ALD110800 reduce lower voltage compliance limit.
