Description
This current source turned turned with logic control input. source current controlled ISET, which turn RSET resistor. ISET value could determined using following equation: ISET VGS(TH)P VDSN) RSET ISOURCE would equal ISET when ISOURCE output voltage equal VDSP. other values output voltage, channel modulation effects would modify value ISOURCE.
