Current Source Multiplication
Description
This current multiplication circuit. Current ISET determining RSET values. ISET given equation: ISET VDS) RSET where drain gate connected voltage Qset selected current level ISET. output current ISOURCE given ISOURCE x-ISET) where number FETs connected parallel. Note that QSET, must same device type same threshold voltages necessarily from same package. Devices from same package would deliver better results close tracking adjacent MOSFETs. ALD1108xx devices would generally give better results. QSET from ALD1108xx, then through must also from same ALD1108xx types.
