Change Description:
Altera adding shipping trays produced Daewon Semiconductor Packaging Industrial Company additional shipping tray various packaged devices. Daewon tray dimensions comparable existing Peak trays have been fully qualified Altera. However, Daewon Peak trays cannot stacked together should handled separately. Each Altera shipping will contain only type tray. This change does affect form, fit, function devices.
Reason Change:
Daewon identified additional shipping-tray source Altera products ensure availability sourcing flexibility.

Product Traceability Transition Dates:
Altera will begin introducing Daewon trays August 15th, 2005. Daewon trays clearly marked DAEWON imprint related tray part number molded tray.
