AAT600 high-precision reset voltage detector; provides high-precision output signal, which allows users initiate reset system. detection voltage with accuracy trimmed customized specification. Delay time adjusted external capacitor. output signal configured either open drain push-pull. With minimal external components, AAT600 offers simple economical solution.
