General Description
AAT1500 step-up converter that provides solution drive white LEDs with constant current from Lithium cell, switching frequency fixed MHz. AAT1500 offers 0.25V reference, which minimizes power loss current setting resistor improves efficiency. Except SOT-25 package, protection features include output over voltage protections. AAT1500 consists 0.1µA shutdown current, internal switch. Input supple range allows operation from 2.6V AAT1500 available 5-pin SOT-25, 6-pin SOT-26 8-pin VQFN-8 package.
