Description Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited
AP3605 step-up DC/DC converter based 1.5x charge pump current source, specially designed supplies backlight display. AP3605 provide constant current 20mA http://www.bcdsemi.com each LED, which programmed external resistor, total capability provide LEDs. chip good performance current matching allows brightness dimming control. Additionally, high switching frequency enables small external flying capacitors. Internal soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up. AP3605 supply voltage range from 2.7V ideally suited applications powered Li-ion battery. AP3605 available 3mm*3mm QFN-3x3-16 tiny package. operating temperature range -40oC
