AP2210 300mA ULDO regulator which provides very noise, ultra dropout voltage (typically 250mV 300mA), very standby current (1µA maximum) excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB 100Hz) battery powered applications, such handsets, PDAs noise sensitive applications, such electronics. AP2210 also features individual logic compatible enable/shutdown control inputs, power shutdown mode extended battery life, over current protection, over temperature protection, well reversed-battery protection. AP2210 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V 3.3V versions. AP2210 available space saving SOT-23-3 SOT-23-5 packages.
