Product Brief 3-TERMINAL ADJUSTABLE REGULATOR Description
AZ317L adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable supplying 100mA over 1.2V output range. This voltage regulator exceptionally easy requires only external resistors output voltage. Both line load regulation better than standard fixed regulators. addition higher performance than fixed regulators, AZ317L employs overload protection. Included chip current limiting thermal overload protection. overload protection circuitry remains fully functional even when adjustment terminal disconnected.
