GENERAL DESCRIPTION AMS285/AMS385 three-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference diodes. They feature very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating from 1.24V 5.3V over 10µA 20mA current range. On-chip trimming used provide tight voltage tolerance. Since AMS285/AMS385 band-gap reference, uses only transistors resistors, noise good long-term stability result.
