Since AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 band-gap reference, uses only transistors resistors, noise good long-term stability result. Careful design AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 made device exceptionally tolerant capacitive loading, making easy almost reference application. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. extremely power drain AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 makes these reference diodes useful micropower circuitry.
