1.575 Noise Amplifier with Integrated Filter Variable Current/Shutdown Function
Avago Technologies' ALM-1412 module, with integrated filter, designed band applications 1.575GHz. uses Avago Technologies' proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process achieve high gain with very noise figure high linearity. Noise figure distribution very tightly controlled. CMOS-compatible shutdown included either turning on/off, current adjustment. integrated filter utilizes Avago Technologies' leadingedge FBAR filter exceptional rejection Cell/PCSBand frequencies. ALM-1412 useable down operation. achieves noise figure, high gain linearity even making suitable critical low-power applications during low-battery situations.
