DESCRIPTION
DXt-40 Tension Transmitters measure four independent points, zones, ensure maximum operating speeds without belt, felt, product breakage. Each zone precisely measured with 750,000 count resolution produces corresponding, high resolution, 4-20 output. Total, individual, differential outputs from transducers (load cells) permit comparison tension signals either side sheet, strip, web. Digital calibration eliminates time consuming dead weight loading machine `strapping'. With four integral operating modes, DXt-40 transmitters offer wide operating flexibility easy installation. Simply select mode that matches your application, enter transducer zero span values, begin system operation. When combined with unique transducers, units measure both horizontal vertical tension vectors. Based upon both measurements, software algorithms calculate precise, resultant force vector exact linear tension component.
