Description
AT91SO100/101, AT91SO50/51 AT91SO25 low-power, high-performance, SC100 32-bit microcontroller based ARM® enhanced RISC architecture. This SC100 core allows linear addressing bytes code data well number functional security features. 3-level instruction pipeline allows performance instruction single clock cycle, SC100 achieves throughputs close MIPS MHz. SC100 processor employs unique architectural strategy known Thumb® super reduced instruction that ideally suited high volume applications with memory restrictions applications where code density important factor.
