GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ADG408/ADG409 monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels four differential channels, respectively. ADG408 switches eight inputs common output determined 3-bit binary address lines ADG409 switches four differential inputs common differential output, determined 2-bit binary address lines input both devices used enable disable device. When device disabled, channels switched off. ADG408/ADG409 designed enhanced LC2MOS process that provides power dissipation gives high switching speed resistance. Each channel conducts equally well both directions when input signal range that extends supplies. condition, signal levels supplies blocked. channels exhibit breakbefore-make switching action, preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent design charge injection minimum transients when switching digital inputs. ADG408/ADG409 improved replacements DG408/DG409 analog multiplexers.
