S-8355/56/57/58 Series CMOS step-up switching regulator controller which mainly consists reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, phase compensation circuit, control circuit (S-8355/57 Series) PWM/PFM switching control circuit (S-8356/58 Series). With external low-ON-resistance Power MOS, this product ideal applications requiring high efficiency high output current. S-8355/57 Series realizes ripple, high efficiency, excellent transient characteristics control circuit whose duty ratio varied linearly from (from kHz, kHz, models), excellently designed error amplifier phase compensation circuits. S-8356/58 Series features PWM/PFM switching controller that switch operation controller with duty ratio under light load prevent decline efficiency operating current.
