S-1323 Series positive voltage regulator with dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, current consumption developed based CMOS technology. built-in on-resistance transistor provides dropout voltage large output current, builtin overcurrent protector prevents load current from exceeding current capacitance output transistor. ON/OFF circuit ensures long battery life. Compared with voltage regulators using conventional CMOS process, larger variety capacitors available, including small ceramic capacitors.
