AP3602A/B regulated step-up DC/DC converters based charge pump technique. These have ability supply 100mA constant output current 250mA peak output current 100ms from 3.0V input (2.7V AP3602B), they used white LEDs driver flash driver. AP3602A/B have very power dissipation high efficiency typical applications. Other features include over-temperature protection, temperature coefficient etc. meet some special requirements hand-held battery powered devices.
