Product Brief 500mA NOISE REGULATOR Description
AP2213 500mA output current fixed voltage regulator which provides noise, very dropout voltage (typically 350mV 500mA), very standby current (1µA maximum) excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB 100Hz) battery powered applications, such handsets PDAs noise sensitive applications, such electronics. AP2213 features individual logic compatible enable/ shutdown control inputs, power shutdown mode extended battery life, over current protection, over temperature protection, well reversed-battery protection. AP2213 2.5V, 3.0V 3.3V versions. AP2213 available TO-252-2(1) SOIC-8 packages.
