case that rising time Vdd(Vset) slow comparing resonator's rise time bypass capacitor, resonator's rise time also slow because depends rising time Vdd(Vset). Also, case that time supplying voltage oscillator circuit takes certain time reset time after Vdd(Vset) applied, resonator's rise time also slow. these case, will describe "Unable measure" rise time data, because measure resonator's rise time correctly.
