L4957AD devices Ultra Drop Output linear regulators with internal N-channel MOSFET 200m particulary suitable voltage/low dropout applications. Operating with input voltage from they capable deliver devices ideal suppliesrequired processor, example they cost effective efficient solution conversion from 3.3V (rail bus) 2.5V 2.5A 1.5V with high current rating. Fast response transient minimise output capacitor value. minimum 22µF assures stability load conditions. on-chip trimming technique offers tighter voltage reference tolerance (with including line load variation) beside ensure controlled short circuit current. Thermal shutdown provides protection against overload conditions that creates excessive junction temperature.
