(pin number ball number K15). order place device asynchronous mode will also need drive one. Asynchronous mode, secondary clock outputs S_Clkout (0:9) used devices secondary S_clkin. Figure below. SCLKOUT(0:9) will half frequency Asynch_CLK signal CLK_RATE LOW. CLK_RATE HIGH, then SCLKOUT(0:9) same frequency Asynch_CLK.
