SY89542/3/4/5/6/7 Evaluation Board high-speed input channels brought connectors through matched length AC-coupled differential strip-line traces. DC-operating point pins, which brought banana jack. outputs brought connectors through matched length AC-coupled differential stripline traces, which allow board interface directly with 50-to-ground equipment. LVTTL/LVCMOS control input pins controlled dipswitch, which used select channel inputs.
Evaluation Board Description
AC-Coupled Evaluation Board SY8954x packaged 32-pin MLFwith exposed (EPAD) attached metal component side board improved heat dissipation. SY8954x evaluation board designed operate with single 2.5V 3.3V ±10% power supply configured AC-coupled mode.

AC-Coupled Evaluation Board Setup
Setting SY8954x AC-Coupled Evaluation Board following steps describe procedure setting evaluation board: 2.5V 3.3V, turn supply. banana jack VCC-1.3V. dipswitch select desired input channel, Table below. Using differential signal source, amplitude 400mV (single-ended) 800mV (differential). offset positive value, value offset critical, since AC-coupled inputs will automatically bias voltage. Turn disable outputs signal source. Using equal length impedance coaxial cables, connect single source inputs evaluation board. Using equal length impedance coaxial cables, connect outputs evaluation board oscilloscope other equipment with internal termination. Enable signal source monitor outputs.
