Introduction
MIC2196 high efficiency boost control housed SO-8 package. MIC2196 optimized input voltage applications. With wide input voltage range 2.9V 14V, MIC2196 used efficiently boost voltages 3.3V, systems. MIC2196 ideal space sensitive applications. device housed space saving SO-8 package, whose pin-count minimizes external components. fixed 400kHz operation allows small inductor small output capacitors ideal noise-sensitive telecommunication applications. Quick-Start Guide Refer Figure following: Connect positive terminal from power supply post (J1) MIC2196 evaluation board. Connect terminal input power supply (J2). Connect digital voltmeter across VOUT (J3) (J4) measure output voltage. Program output voltage selecting jumper position. jumper should open enable part. After turning input supply output voltage should read 12V.
