Description
IPS6041(G)(R)(S)PbF five terminal Intelligent Power Switch (IPS) high side configuration. features short circuit, over-temperature, protection, inductive load capability diagnostic feedback. output current limited Ilim value. current limitation activated until thermal protection acts. over-temperature protection turns device junction temperature exceeds Tshutdown value. will automatically restart after junction cooled below Tshutdown value. reverse battery protection turns MOSFET. diagnostic provides different voltage levels each fault condition. double level shifter circuitry will allow large offsets between logic load ground.
