HMC195 HMC195E low-cost SPDT switches 6-lead SOT26 packages transmit receive applications which require very distortion high signal power levels. device control signals from especially suited applications with less than loss. design provides exceptional intermodulation performance; third order intercept Volt bias. reflective shorts when "Off". On-chip circuitry allows single positive supply operation very current with control inputs compatible with CMOS most logic families.

Capacitor value determines lowest frequency operation. Highest signal power capability achieved with +10V. switch will operate properly (but lower power capability) bias voltages down +3V.
