3-TERMINAL 0.1A NEGATIVE VOLTAGE REGULATORS
This series fixed-voltage monolithic integrated-circuit voltage regulators designed wide range applications. These applications include on-card regulation elimination noise distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. addition, they used with power-pass elements make high current voltage regulators. Each these regulators deliver output current. internal limiting thermal shutdown features these regulators make them essentially immune overload. When used replacement zener diode-resistor combination, effective improvement output impedance obtained together with lower-bias current.
