Resistors laser trimmed with tolerance <1%. Manufactured solid state semiconductor process line providing high stability repeatability with demonstrated reliability. Surface mount dual-line package, surface mount ballgrid form optional. Less than ppm/°C temperature tracking ppm/°C.
