Description
HCPL-4502/HCPL-2503, 6N135/6 HCPL-2530/ HCPL-2531 optocouplers consist AlGaAs optically coupled high speed photodetector transistor. separate connection bias photodiode improves speed several orders magnitude over conventional phototransistor optocouplers reducing base-collector capacitance input transistor. internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection 10kV/µs. improved package allows superior insulation permitting 480V working voltage compared industry standard 220V.
