PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ACA0862 family surface mount monolithic GaAs Linear Amplifiers been developed replace, designs, standard CATV Hybrid amplifiers currently use. ACA0862 also replace ACA0861 with addition tuning capacitors output (see Figure MMICs consist parallel amplifiers, each with gain. Amplifiers optimized exceptionally distortion noise figure while providing flat gain excellent input output return loss. ACA0862B ACA0862D optimized different output powers, used separately cascaded support variety applications. Hybrid equivalent formed when ACA0862 devices cascaded between transmission line baluns. gain applications single ACA0862 used; higher gain applications more than cascaded. ACA0862 Output Stages ACA0862B ACA0862D designed output stage amplifiers. These parts used alone gain, high output level applications cascaded with ACA1206 input stage amplifier higher gain. ACA0862B power dissipation part, while ACA0862D higher power dissipation part. Cascaded, ACA1206 ACA0862B provide exceptional pushpull hybrid equivalent performance; ACA1206 ACA0862D cascade provides exceptional power doubling hybrid equivalent performance. ACA0862B also cascaded with ACA0862D create power doubler with even better distortion performance.
