UP/DOWN BINARY COUNTER WITH SEPARATE UP/DOWN CLOCKS
F193 up/down modulo-16 binary counter. Separate Count Count Down Clocks used, either counting mode circuits operate synchronously. outputs change state synchronously with LOW-to-HIGH transitions clock inputs. Separate Terminal Count Terminal Count Down outputs provided that used clocks subsequent stages without extra logic, thus simplifying multi-stage counter designs. Individual preset inputs allow circuit used programmable counter. Both Parallel Load (PL) Master Reset (MR) inputs asynchronously override clocks.
