Measurement Corrections
Corrections both input output necessary accurate measurements. MAX2116/ MAX2118 boards, F-connectors impedance) mounted RFIN port. test equipment, adapter needed. Lowpass Filters Test: Adjust power supply connected 0.75V decimal (max baseband gain). generator -65dBm 10MHz higher than desired frequency. spectrum analyzer measure from 50MHz delta marker desired tone. (Adjust level full-scale baseband output level.) While monitoring 10MHz tone spectrum analyzer, decrease FDAC. Note decrease filter-noise-floor bandwidth. When computed equals 10MHz, desired tone attenuated more than 1dB.
