RT34063A Series monolithic control circuit containing primary functions required DC-toDC converters. These devices consist internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver high current output switch.

Note: output switch driven into hard saturation (non-Darlington configuration) switch currents 300mA) high driver currents 30mA), take 2.0µs come saturation.
