Description
IR2125 high voltage, high speed power MOSFET IGBT driver with over-current limiting protection circuitry. Proprietary HVIC latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs compatible with standard CMOS LSTTL outputs. output driver features high pulse current buffer stage designed minimum driver cross-conduction. protection circuitry detects over-current driven power transistor limits gate drive voltage. Cycle cycle shutdown programmed external capacitor which directly controls time interval between detection over-current limiting conditions latched shut-
