GENERAL DESCRIPTION
OZ962 unique high-efficiency, CCFL backlight controller. generates symmetrical, near sinusoidal output voltage current waveforms driving CCFL backlight. OZ962 operates single, constant frequency, pulse-width-modulation (PWM) mode. Typical operating frequency ranges between KHz, depending CCFL transformer's characteristics. Operating push-pull manner, transformer OZ962 backlight inverter requires only primary winding secondary winding, with secondary winding requiring fold-back treatment. OZ962 available both 16-pin SOIC TSSOP packages. specified over commercial temperature range:
