GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This Series fixed-voltage monolithic integrated circuit voltage regulators designed wide range applications. These applications include on-card regulation elimination noise distribution problems associated with singlepoint regulation. addition, they used with power-pass elements make high-current voltage regulators. these regulators deliver output current. internal limiting thermal shutdown features these regulators male them essentially immune overload. When used replacement zener diode-resistor combination, effective improvement output impedance obtain together with lower-bias current.
