Description
IR2128 high voltage, high speed power MOSFET IGBT driver. Proprietary HVIC latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. logic input compatible with standard CMOS LSTTL outputs. protection circuity detects over-current driven power transistor terminates gate drive voltage. open drain FAULT signal provided indicate that over-current shutdown occurred. output driver features high pulse current buffer stage designed minimum crossconduction. floating channel used drive N-channel power MOSFET IGBT high side side configuration which operates volts.
